Our final event of 2024 is a Green Drinks social, pre-Christmas in Chelmsford at The Ale House on Tuesday December 10.
If you’ve never been to one of our meetings before and not fancied a more formal meet-up, then try this… our final get-together of the year, with all Green members, supporters and friends welcome for a gathering from 7.30pm onwards.
We’ll be meeting at The Ale House in Chelmsford for an evening of political chat and general Green updates…. looking back on the ups and downs of the year, and what may lie ahead the other side of the festive period and New Year!
The venue is very close to Chelmsford train and bus stations at: 24-26 Viaduct Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1TS.

Looking ahead to early highlights in 2025, we will have our first monthly meeting of 2025 on the evening of Wednesday January 22, where we have a speaker lined up: Rachel Eburne of Mid Suffolk District Council, talking to us about what it’s like to be a local councillor and a Green in the room.
That will take place at our now regular venue, Hey Joe in Ropers Yard just off Crown Street in Brentwood – and, as usual, will also be available hybrid via Zoom for those unable to join in person.
There will be a first Green Drinks of the new year on Wednesday February 26 – details will be confirmed early in 2025, but it may well be back at The Ale House again. So come along this time, and you’ll be familiar for next time!
